Perfectly fits a norethindrone pill pack. I also keep bandaids in it. The construction is sturdy and the colors are pretty. Lightweight and the button stays clasped. The chain doesn't feel cheap. I also have used it as a mini wallet when going out. I like that it came with 2 - gave 1 as a gift :)
