My husband purchased this binder for me for a birthday gift. It was nice but I never had the chance to use it. The zipper was faulty. When I zipped it up it busted open. I kept reaching out to the seller with no resolve. They offered me $5. I declined. They then offered me a replacement zipper which meant I would have to pay someone to remove and reattach. I declined. They never followed up. The binder sits in my garage. Waste of money. Poor customer service.
